Reviews and Ratings
Our family had a great time at this resort, especially enjoying the outdoor hot spring spa. The rooms were cozy, albeit a bit small for four, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety. However, the location is not ideal if you prefer easy access to the city, as it requires a hike up a narrow road. Overall, it’s a good spot for relaxation and soaking in hot springs, though it might not be the best for a quick overnight stay.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. While I enjoyed the spacious indoor and outdoor hot springs, the check-in process was chaotic, and I encountered some cleanliness issues. The food options were also limited, which was a letdown. I appreciated the shuttle service to nearby attractions but found some areas a bit outdated. Overall, it offered a relaxing getaway, but there's room for improvement.
We had a lovely time at the resort, enjoying the hot spring facilities and spacious rooms. The view of the pool from our room was fantastic, but getting our luggage up to the sixth floor without porter service was a bit of a hassle. The breakfast selection could use some improvement, though overall, we felt it was a good experience.
I recently had an experience at the hot spring resort, where I found the amenities quite enjoyable. The outdoor hot spring spa area was the highlight with several pools to choose from, making it great for relaxation. However, the dining experience was disappointing, especially with the lunch we had. Overall, it's a nice place to unwind, yet I don't think I'd recommend it just for a day trip, especially with the dining issues.
I had a wonderful experience at this resort. The outdoor hot spring facility was clean and well-maintained, providing various pools to choose from. The staff were courteous, and the shuttle service added to the convenience. However, the location is a bit isolated which may not be ideal for everyone, and the size of the hot spring area could feel cramped during peak times.
